Custom Cosplay Items

3D printing opens up a world of possibilities when it comes to custom costume items. For Halloween one year I modeled the 'Rift Edge' from Fortnite for my son, using a wooden dowel for the handle. The model was prepared for printing in multiple colors and assembled with superglue or gorilla glue. No painting was required on the printed parts. The mask was modeled by another designer and was 3D printed, smoothed, and painted by my wife.

I also modeled the energy gun from the VR game 'Compound'. It prints in multiple parts and assembles with glue, no painting required.
